| Description | Before completing her juris doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law, Maren Ericson received an associate’s degree from College of Eastern Utah, where she played volleyball and earned NJCAA All-SWAC academic and athletic honors. She then transferred to Boise State University, where she finished her collegiate volleyball career, earning All-WAC academic honors both seasons. Ms. Ericson graduated in May of 2009 with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology.While attending the University of Idaho College of Law, Ms. Ericson was a member and Managing Editor of the Idaho Law Review. She was selected as a member of the 2012 National Moot Court team, after distinguishing herself as a semifinalist in the University of Idaho McNichols Moot Court Competition in 2011. She spent the summer before her third year as a clerk at the United States District Court for the District of Idaho, in the Prison Litigation Unit. Ms. Ericson was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in October of 2013 and is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Idaho. She is also a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Idaho State Bar. She joined the firm in 2014, and became a partner with HMH in 2018.Ms. Ericson stays connected to the community by volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club of Ada County (former staff member), and by coaching and playing volleyball in the valley. |
