Fay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and a term as a staff attorney to the Eleventh Circuit, Madeline (Molly) McNeeley joined HLM as an associate in 2011. Her focus is on product liability, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, and appellate litigation.Molly graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2008, where she was Executive Editor of the Tennessee Law Review and served on the UT Pro Bono Executive Board. She was selected to the Order of the Coif and received the Cunningham Excellence in Legal Writing Award and the Susan B. Anthony Award.A native of East Tennessee, Molly graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee in 1999 and earned a Master of Science degree from the Joint Program in Survey Methodology at the University of Maryland. She is admitted to practice in all state courts of Tennessee and Georgia, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th and 11th Circuits.Molly is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s Amicus Curiae Committee and was selected for the 2016-2017 GTLA LEAD Program, a widely acclaimed program that identifies and trains young, promising trial lawyers for future leadership roles in GTLA and their communities. Molly also serves on the University of Tennessee College of Law Alumni Council and on the State Practice and Legislation Committee of the State Bar of Georgia’s Appellate Practice Section.
