He has worked with many private business owners, developers, contractors, vendors and suppliers, as well as banks and lenders, labor organizations, municipalities and governmental agencies.Kit has counseled his clients and provided legal services in the areas of business transactions, commercial contracts, loan and finance transactions, loan modifications, forbearance agreements, workouts and restructuring, construction disputes and dispute resolution, various forms of lease, purchase and acquisition agreements, due diligence support, negotiation and drafting of collective bargaining agreements and employment contracts, real estate transactions and oil and gas rights leasing. He served on the Board of Managers of a general contracting company prior to joining Bernstein-Burkley, P.C.
