| Description | Mr. Gillen is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina Charlotte and the West Virginia University College of Law. Before attending college and law school, Mr. Gillen served as a Spanish Linguist and Intelligence Analyst/Reporter in the United States Marine Corps. Prior to joining Robinette Legal Group, Mr. Gillen practiced insurance defense at two leading defense firms in West Virginia. He also served as a judicial law clerk in the Circuit Court of Harrison County. Mr. Gillen is licensed to practice law at all levels of state and federal trial courts in West Virginia. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals, Fourth and Sixth Circuits. When not representing injured people and their families throughout West Virginia, Mr. Gillen enjoys training for and running half marathons, cheering on the Mountaineers, and spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and their three children. |
