Prior to joining the firm, Kelly served as a Plaintiff attorney in Louisville, Kentucky, where she primarily focused on medical malpractice and personal injury claims. She uses this experience to better serve her clients with a greater understanding of how cases are litigated on both sides. Ms. Todd earned a B.S. in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University where she graduated cum-laude, before receiving her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2012. Ms. Todd is a member of the State Bars of Michigan and Kentucky. Additionally, she is licensed to practice law in the Michigan trial courts, the Kentucky trial courts, the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Kentucky, the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Kentucky, and the Court of Federal Claims. In her spare time, Ms. Todd is a USA Weightlifting certified coach, and an active athlete with USA Weightlifting. She owns and manages Louisville Barbell Club; a local weightlifting club affiliated with USA Weightlifting, where she provides remote coaching to several athletes.
