Giametta, Esq. received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Utica College and his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Criminal Law from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Mr. Giametta is licensed to practice law in New York State. Prior to joining Bryan L. Salamone and Associates, P.C., Mr. Giametta was associated with a general practice that handled many areas of law, including but not limited to personal injury, medical malpractice, and property law. Mr. Giametta also has experience as a criminal attorney in New York, where he held an internship and paid position with the New York State Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Unit in Hauppauge, New York, where he assisted with many complex legal and criminal matters, Medicaid fraud and nursing home neglect related issues. Mr. Giametta handles our high conflict matters involving Orders of Protection; Custody Disputes; Parental Kidnapping; Relocation; and Enforcement of Supreme and Family Court Orders. Mr. Giametta is a lifelong resident of Nassau County, growing up in Seaford. Mr. Giametta comes from a large family and is uniquely equipped to handle high conflict matters.
