| Description | In 1984, John Adams graduated from the United States Military Academy (West Point) where he studied engineering. Upon graduation from West Point, he served in the Army as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Aide-de-Camp before going to law school on an Army scholarship program. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame Law School, John served in the Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corp as a senior prosecutor, senior defense counsel, and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey prosecuting felonies in which the Army had an interest. In 1996, John joined the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and worked in its Labor and Employment Law Section.Since joining our firm in March 1999, John has concentrated his practice in construction law, labor law, employment law, and litigation before federal and state courts and various agencies such as OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and DOL. John has also handled numerous labor arbitrations and presented seminars on OSHA, employment law, labor law and construction law.John is a member of the bars of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and numerous federal district courts. |
