| Description | Joel S. Finkelstein is graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and Boston University School of Law. He has practiced primarily in the personal injury field for over 20 years. Joel began his career in New York City where he drafted contracts, leases and wills and handled real estate transactions. He spent several years as a litigator at a law firm in West Orange, New Jersey before being appointed a senior trial attorney in the staff counsel’s office of a major insurance company where he defended personal injury actions. He came to Orange County in 1992 when he began exclusively representing injured persons in personal injury and malpractice cases as a partner in one of the county’s largest law firms. Joel’s credentials rival those of the most active metropolitan New York attorneys. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Florida. Joel is currently an active member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York, New Jersey Massachusetts and Florida State Bar Associations and the Orange County Bar Association. |
