In 1999, she received a J.D. from Quinnipiac College School of Law. While in law school, she served as the Lead Articles Editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal. She was also the recipient of several Distinguished Academic Achievement Awards.Attorney Mozzer was admitted to the Connecticut State Bar in 1999 and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 2003. She practices in insurance defense litigation with a focus on professional malpractice, disciplinary matters, and general liability defense.
