| Description | Jason N. Argos graduated from Red Mountain High School in Mesa, Arizona in 2004 and thereafter followed in his mother’s footsteps and attended The University of Arizona. During his Freshman year at Arizona, Mr. Argos walked onto the football team as a Quarterback. In 2008, he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Communications. Following graduation, he moved back to Southern California and earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Mr. Argos joined the Law Offices of Sean M. Burke from an established civil litigation trial firm, where he defended multiple medical malpractice cases and had hands-on case responsibility and direct client contact from pleading stage to trial. He has served as the lead attorney on hundreds of depositions, including expert witness depositions. Mr. Argos is skilled at preparing for and administering successful trials and arbitrations for his clients. Previously, Mr. Argos was a certified legal intern for the Appeals, Writs and Trials Division of the California State Attorney General’s Office, where he conducted legal research and wrote appellate briefs for the Fourth Appellate District. He also performed five oral arguments in the Fourth District of the California Courts of Appeal. Prior to the Attorney General’s Office, Mr. Argos worked as a legal intern for the Tort Litigation Division of the Office of the County Counsel for San Diego County, where he assisted with compliance, discovery and oral argument preparation for Ninth Circuit hearings. Mr. Argos is thrilled to announce his partnership with Sean and excited about the future of Burke Argos! Affiliations, Activities & Accomplishments Mr. Argos has been designated as a Southern California Super Lawyers ‘Rising Star’ for five consecutive years, beginning in 2015. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and is extremely active in the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). Currently, he is serving as the Education Chair for the Diversity Sub-Committee and also graduated from the CAOC Leadership Academy in the Summer of 2019. While in law school, Mr. Argos was on the dean’s list and served as the President of the Moot Court Honor Society. He competed in the Cardozo Entertainment Law Moot Court Competition as well as the American College of Trial Lawyers Moot Court Competition.
