He graduated from Marquette University, Milwaukee Wisconsin with a major in Business Administration. He then attended St. John’s University School of Law in Jamaica, New York where he earned a Juris Doctorate. During law school, Sean interned in the domestic violence clinic at the Suffolk County, NY Supreme Court representing victims of domestic violence in Court proceedings. Sean also interned for the elite Homicide Investigations Unit of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. He was admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey in 1994 and was admitted to practice before the state courts of New York in 1995. After completing law school, he joined the law firm of O’Brien & Mayr in Rockville Centre New York representing clients in plaintiff’s personal injury cases with an emphasis on medical malpractice, premises liability and automobile negligence cases. Based upon this experience, Sean decided to focus his career on representing and protecting the injured and the families of victims of wrongful death. |
