His expansive and diverse education practice includes open meetings, open records, special education, student privacy, FERPA, teacher and administrator contracts, student and staff civil rights, student discipline, board ethics, establishment of a College and Career Academy, conversion to a Charter System, passage of a SPLOST, redrawing attendance zones, and school board governance.Hank has also represented agricultural businesses that process and market crops, and businesses that manufacture agricultural equipment. He also has a robust practice in representing family farmers.His government work includes representing the Georgia Department of Transportation and utilities on eminent domain and related matters.Hank earned a Juris Doctorate from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from the University of Georgia. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Tifton Bar Association, and he is active in St. Anne’s Episcopal Church.
