| Description | Gayle A. Reeves joined the Firm as a shareholder in January, 2019, after running a successful solo practice for many years. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University, John Marshall College of Law in 1983. Gayle has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Reeves is Past President of the Lorain County Bar Association. She currently serves as a member of the Lorain County Bar Association’s Legal Ethics and Grievance Committee. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, where she participates on its Elder Law Committee, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, where she serves on the International Committee, and is a VA accredited attorney. Additionally, Ms. Reeves is a professional presenter for CLE requirements for attorneys through the Ohio State Bar Association and the Lorain County Bar Association Ms. Reeves’ dedication to serving her clients comes from her passion to help others, not only in her law practice, but in her volunteer work as well. She is Past Board Chair for the Community Foundation of Lorain County. Currently, Ms. Reeves serves as Board Chair for Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio, while also chairing the Strategic Planning Committee for the organization. She is proud of her role as Co-Chair of the Capital Campaign, which resulted in the construction of the building which houses its current distribution facility. Finally, Ms. Reeves serves on the Medical Ethics Committee for Kendal of Oberlin. Ms. Reeves is an experienced Estate Planning and Elder Law attorney who focuses on Long-Term Care, Asset Preservation, Special Needs, and Estate Planning. Gayle is knowledgeable in performing a comprehensive estate and long-term care planning evaluation to determine the best planning strategies to meet the estate planning and long-term care objectives of her clients. Ms. Reeves lives in Amherst with her husband, Mark Prinz. They have a son, Alexander. Gayle and her family share a passion for scuba diving. |
