| Description | Gabrielle is a partner at Thorpe Law. She was born May 12, 1964, in Dunoon, Scotland. She received her primary schooling in San Diego, California and her undergraduate education at UCLA, earning a BA in History, with an emphasis on the French Revolution. She raced bicycles for the collegiate team at UCLA from 1989 to 1991, representing UCLA at the Nationals for 1989, 1990, and 1991. She raced as a semi-professional for the LA Sheriff’s Department from 1990 to 1991.She relocated to the Bay Area in 1992. She worked in retail and was employed by the GAP, The Nature Company, and The Discovery Channel Store from 1992 to 1995. She worked for Lawrence Thorpe as paralegal from 1995 to 2000, when she decided to go to law school. Gabrielle graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2000. She was awarded the Witkin Award for Electronic Evidence in 2003.She joined Thorpe Law as an associate in June 2006. She is experienced in hearings, multi-day trials, conducting direct and cross-examinations, settlement negotiations, marital settlement agreements, and depositions. She is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association, the Alameda Bar Association, the Queens Bench Bar Association, the Earl Warren Inn of Court, and a martial arts student at Aikido of Berkeley (4th kyu rank). |
