DescriptionEmma J. Payne is a litigation attorney with more than three years experience whose practice includes all areas of civil litigation, with particular focus on experience in the areas of labor and employment law, construction law, oil and gas, commercial law, and personal injury. Her clients include employers, small business owners, nonprofits, oil and gas entities and families looking for innovative and elegant solutions to their legal issues. Prior to joining Fuller Tubb & Bickford, Emma served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robin J. Cauthron of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Emma attended the Oklahoma City University School of Law. There she served as the Managing Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Kenneth Buettner on the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals. She was Vice President for the Organization for Advancement of Women in Law, a member of Merit Scholars and Phi Delta Phi. Prior to law school, Emma graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Spanish, and a Co-Major in International Studies. Emma and her husband Robert, currently live in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with their two dogs.
