| Description | After graduating from Hofstra Law School with honors, Ed Robertson was admitted to practice law on April 14, 1977 and is also admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Robertson began his career in criminal law as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York, where he tried 10 murder cases to conclusion. Then he moved on to the Suffolk District Attorney’s office, where he tried high-profile, high-publicity corruption cases. {newline}{newline}After leaving public service, he joined Siben & Siben, a large and prominent Suffolk law firm, and engaged in the defense of criminal cases. Thereafter, he became a senior negligence trial lawyer handling all aspects of plaintiff and defendant negligence work with an emphasis on courtroom skills. After a 10-year career in the Siben office, he left to practice law with the firm of Jakubowski, Robertson & Goldsmith.
