She received her Juris Doctor at the University of Florida, College of Law in Gainesville, Florida. Mrs. McGinness began practicing law on the east coast of Florida in Broward County before relocating to Sarasota. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Manatee County Bar Association and the Sarasota County Bar Association. Her practice focuses on civil litigation and appeals, primarily in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability and construction law. |
