David attended high school in Passaic, New Jersey, where he won accolades for his skills on the baseball diamond and on the basketball court.David went on to play basketball for the University of Delaware, and he was ultimately named the co-captain of the men’s basketball team in the 1979-1980 season. Upon his graduation from the University of Delaware, David attended Marquette University Law School, graduating in 1983. At Marquette University Law School, David was fortunate to meet his wife of almost 30 years, Nancy.
