| Description | Personal Injury and Wrongful Death. Mr. Jones began his career as an insurance adjuster for a large national property and casualty insurer in 1987. He handled automobile injury and death claims for several years before becoming a lawyer in 1994. Since that time he has defended clients against injury claims, and he has represented clients bringing such claims. He has over twenty four years of experience in such matters. Neutral. Mr. Jones has considerable experience with mediation dating back to his time as an insurance adjuster. He received training as a mediator in 2001 (two separate forty hour trainings), and has served as an arbitrator and a Settlement Guardian Ad Litem. Elder Law and Estate Planning and Administration. Mr. Jones is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He assists clients with planning and administration in these areas. He has also been involved in Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA) actions. |
