| Description | Danielle L. White joined Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. in 2011. Her primary area of practice for the past eleven years is Elder Law, Estate and Special Needs Planning, Medicaid Planning, as well as Medicaid Fair Hearings and Guardianships. Ms. White received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University in 1992. While there, Ms. White worked for several years as an intern with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office working with victims of domestic violence. She then went on to her earn her law degree, cum laude, from Touro Law School in 1996. While at Touro, Ms. White had the very distinct honor to serve as an intern for the Honorable Leonard D. Wexler of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York as well as with the Honorable Raymond Radigan, Nassau County Surrogate. Ms. White was also a proud member of the Touro Law Review, having served as a Notes and Comments Editor. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1997. After being admitted to the bar, Ms. White worked for eight years as a litigation and arbitration attorney in the Courts of Suffolk and Nassau County, as well as in New York City, Brooklyn and the Bronx. Since 2010, Ms. White has focused her area of practice on assisting families with planning for their future and the possibility of long-term care. |
