Other results include a $1.4 million dollar settlement for a man prematurely discharged from a local emergency room who died shortly thereafter from a heart attack and an $8 million dollar settlement against a product manufacturer on behalf of a young, permanently brain damaged child who was injured after having been given intravenous solution inappropriately formulated by defectively designed pharmaceutical equipment.Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Jeck earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1989 and his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law in 1992.
