|Description||Daniel Fuerst is an Associate in our office in Charleston, South Carolina, and he focuses his practice on general liability, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage and professional malpractice matters. He also represents clients in appeals.Earlier in his career, Daniel clerked for the Honorable C. Weston Houck, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of South Carolina and the Honorable R. Bryan Harwell, Chief U.S. District Court Judge for the District of South Carolina. Clients benefit from his first-hand experience and insight into federal practice and procedure as they navigate the litigation process and protect their interests.Daniel earned a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law, where he was Publications Editor of the Federal Courts Law Review. He also served on the Moot Court Board, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. He won second place for Best Petitioner’s Brief in the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition, and he received the CALI Award for Advanced Legal Writing.He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in French with a minor in business administration from the College of Charleston.
