Chris is admitted to practice law in Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming.In addition to practicing law, Chris serves on the Board of Directors for Job Connection, Inc., a non-profit corporation that specializes in supported employment for those with disabilities. Chris also serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Yellowstone County, a non-profit corporation that specializes in providing one-to-one mentoring between adults and children in the community.Chris was raised in Lonepine, Montana. He graduated from Hot Springs High School in 1998, and obtained a degree in computer science from the University of Montana in 2003. Chris received his J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in 2008. In law school, Chris was a staff member of the Montana Law Review, a member of the Student Bar Association, and a member of the Rural Advocacy League.
