Prior to forming Wagoner Desai, PLLC, Chirag worked with Goddard & Wagoner and his current partner Eddie Wagoner. Chirag and Eddie helped clients tirelessly day in and day out and sought to start their own practice Wagoner Desai, PLLC. From that point, Chirag committed to helping the firm’s clients pursue justice by any means necessary whether through pre-suit resolution or trial by jury. At the end of the day, the client’s goals dictate Chirag’s litigation strategy. Many firms forget that the case belongs to the client and not the attorney but not Chirag. Chirag’s approach is simple: (1) connect with his clients on a subsurface level; (2) understand what is important to them; (3) formulate a plan to achieve their goals; and (4) skillful execution of the plan.
