| Description | Casey is an Associate with Finney Law Firm as part of the litigation team. Casey handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate litigation, and commercial disputes. Casey earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2016, where she served as an Associate Editor and Senior Editor for the Northern Kentucky University Law Review. While on Law Review, Casey authored a published piece on the warrantless search of cell phones under the Fourth Amendment. Prior to joining the litigation team as an attorney, Casey honed in on her legal interests by clerking for several diverse firms, during both undergraduate and law school, before ultimately finding her home here at Finney Law Firm. Casey looks forward to working with her clients to achieve favorable outcomes through personalized and creative solutions as well as to alleviate the stress that often accompanies litigation.
