She successfully handled the first surrogacy case to be decided by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, ultimately winning custody for the child’s father.Upon relocating to Westport, Connecticut, Attorney Orland worked at Fitzmaurice & Siegel prior to co-founding Broder & Orland LLC, one of the largest family and matrimonial law firms in Connecticut. She is a member of the Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and District of Columbia bars, the Family Law Section of the Fairfield County Associations, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association Family Law Section. Attorney Orland also serves as a Special Master in the Family Division of the Stamford and Bridgeport Superior Courts.Attorney Orland has presented at numerous programs on various topics related to family and matrimonial law.
