| Description | Benjamin S. Saunier is a Partner with McDaniel Acord & Lytle, PLLC. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters including Professional Liability (design professionals/construction), construction defect, and construction site accidents, as well as general civil litigation. Mr. Saunier was recognized in 2016-2020 as a Rising Star Top Young Attorney in Oklahoma Magazine’s Super Lawyer edition. Mr. Saunier has been practicing 10 years wherein he has developed his skills as a litigator. His clients include general contractors and sub-contractors, as well as architects and engineers. Mr. Saunier represents his clients on a variety of matters in relation to residential, commercial, and public construction projects, including complex construction defect disputes, claims involving catastrophic and fatal injuries, and complex design defect claims. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Originally from Wisconsin, Mr. Saunier moved to Oklahoma to attend law school. Currently, he lives in the Oklahoma City area with his son and wife. He earned his B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2005 and his J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2011. He is member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, DRI, and Construction Lawyers Society of America. Mr. Saunier is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma.
