Experiencing her own health related challenges after being injured in a motor vehicle collision in 2013, Ms. Richards gained a depth of experience that is rarely found in plaintiff lawyers. Ms. Richards knows first hand the devastation that is felt when your doctor tells you, maybe you should apply for disability. Luckily for Ms. Richards, she located a specialist, and underwent several surgeries and months of rehabilitation. Ms. Richards has been able to continue practicing law bringing with her, a perspective that one only gains from having lived through the very challenges that her clients are experiencing.Ms. Richards has extensive experience working with the severely disabled, and previously served on the state Executive Board of the Brain Injury Alliance of Washington (previously known as the Brain Injury Association of Washington BIAWA ). She is the Past President of the local Spokane Chapter for the BIAWA. Working with the severely injured and disabled is truly a passion for Ms. Richards and she strives to help them overcome the legal obstacles they face.
