Before forming his own law office, Armando spent 4 years at Davis, Cedillo & Mendoza, Inc. where he was an associate in their Real Estate and Business Transactions’ group serving clients in real estate transactions, including, but not limited to development, financing, leasing, purchase and sale, zoning, and valuation. He also represented clients in business formations, partnerships, acquisitions, and terminations. Armando has offices in San Antonio, Texas and Eagle Pass, Texas. He has served clients all over Texas in Bexar County, Maverick County, DeWitt County, Travis County, Guadalupe County, Dimmit County, Val Verde County, Comal County, Webb County, Dallas County, Zapata County, Medina County, Uvalde County, Lubbock County, and Harris County.
