Before practicing law, Ms. Rhaaume operated a small business and tutored university students. Ms. Rhaaume prefers the hot Arkansas weather to the cold of her native New Hampshire. She is married to an Arkansas native, Dr. John Casey, who introduced her to Razorback football.
