Mr. Coffey has extensive experience handling civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on premises liability, products liability, and professional liability defense of engineers, lawyers, and accountants. Mr. Coffey routinely appears in state and federal courts and manages all aspects of litigation from pre-suit planning, fact and expert discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial. Mr. Coffey graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2000, with a B.A. in History. He earned his J.D. at Notre Dame Law School in 2003, where he was a Dean’s Scholar Fellowship Recipient. While attending law school, Mr. Coffey was a civilian intern for the United States Navy, Office of the Judge Advocate General. Mr. Coffey is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, New York State Bar and the Bar of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. |
