After attending law school, he served as a Captain for the United States Army and the New Jersey National Guard, 1-112th Field Artillery Unit.Mr. McCrink served as a Municipal Judge in Pemberton Township from 1977-1984. He was a member of the Municipal Judges Association and the Municipal Court Committee. He has also served as solicitor for numerous townships, planning boards and municipal authorities and is currently the Township Solicitor for Bass River Township. He is a Trustee for Rutgers University Law School Alumni Association and a member of the Burlington County Bar Association.He has extensive trial experience and his areas of practice include Personal Injury, Construction Litigation, Municipal Law, Environmental, Real Estate and Divorce Litigation. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Third Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the Federal Bar of Mississippi.Mr. McCrink has successfully argued on numerous occasions before the New Jersey Appellate Division, and on four occasions, the New Jersey Supreme Court. He also has extensive Federal Court litigation experience. He has a landmark environmental case, (Birchwood Lakes Colony Club vs. The Borough of Medford) and in another Supreme Court case, changed attorney billing practices (in re Stern). He has obtained verdicts and settlements in the hundreds of thousands to million-dollar range in personal injury cases and does extensive commercial litigation for lenders and builders |
