| Description | With training and experience in both the legal and business fields, Daniel Esparza has a passion for finding the most wholistic solutions to his clients’ concerns. Daniel holds both a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Business in Seoul, South Korea. While his specialties are business law, probate, and estate planning, he has worked on a variety of case types, including franchise formation, debt collection, and personal injury defense. Daniel credits his broad education as an integral factor in his ability to adapt to the unique scenarios that have found their way to his desk. Although originally from Oxnard, California, Daniel has called Arizona home for most of his life. He grew up playing baseball in various Arizona leagues, as well as wrestling for Sunrise Mountain High School. Upon graduation, he majored in History (pre-law), earning a B.A. from Arizona State University before pursuing his J.D. at Indiana University. Thanks to Indiana University’s partnership with Sungkyunkwan University (and some cultural familiarity from his Mexican and Japanese-American heritage), Daniel was inspired to supplement his legal education with a global M.B.A. To this day, the interplay between various fields and cultures remains an area of significant personal interest. Daniel currently serves as a local officer (Advocate) in the Knights of Columbus. He greatly admires the vision of their founder, Ven. Fr. Michael J. McGivney, who tireless worked to protect families from financial struggle. |
